Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which customers may return, exchange or request a refund for purchases made at Ronnaboa’s retail outlets or via our website (www.ronnaboa.com).

Please Note: If you received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify (replace or refund) without cost to you.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags/packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Online purchases may be returned at our physical outlets in Accra, or by contacting our customer service to arrange a return by courier (at the customer’s cost) if applicable.
  • Exchanges for goods of equal or lesser value may be made. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference.
  • Items that are not eligible for return/exchange include (but are not limited to): sale/clearance items sold “as is”, perishable goods, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • For defective or faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we may assess and either replace or refund the item.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment and currency within 3-10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Please note: if you paid electronically (eg using mobile money or bank card), processing fees (transaction charges) are non-refundable as they represent the service cost of processing the payment.
  • Partial refunds may be given (for example, if only part of the order is returned) at the discretion of Ronnaboa Investments.

 

3. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website (www.ronnaboa.com) will always be current. Any changes will apply to new purchases made after the date of change.
