Welcome to Ronnaboa Investments (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our eCommerce website, mobile application, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Payments must be made through approved methods. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Delivery

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. We strive to ensure timely delivery of orders, but we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. User Content

You may post reviews, comments, or other content where permitted. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything:

We provide the Platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • That the products will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ronnaboa Ghana, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved by the appropriate courts in Ghana, unless otherwise required by law.
